Growing Together: The Dream Team Story

Behind every great team is a leader with a big heart. For us, that’s Lim Chee Cheng.

Since joining in 1998, Chee Cheng didn't just chase targets — he chased excellence. He hit Star Club in just 4 months, rose to Unit Manager in 2002, and by 2005, he was an Agency Manager leading a Million Dollar Agency.

But his true success isn't in the trophies; it's in the people. He lives by one simple, powerful belief:

"If you are successful because of someone, be the someone who makes others successful."

Because of that generosity, Dream Team has grown into a family of achievers. Today, we celebrate 3 Homegrown Agency Managers, 3 Unit Managers, and over 10 MDRTs.

We are proud of our numbers, but we are prouder of our culture: helping people, growing together, and passing the torch.
